Lacquester singles, currently available.
Some press samples. |
Hey there, what month is it again?!? hehehe I pretty much lost the entire month of February but I'm back baby! These are are bunch of Lacquesters that are not a part of a collection, they are listed as singles on her site. The best part is that these are all currently available from
Lacquester and/or
Color4Nails. Two are press samples and the other three were a gift from a lovely friend, I will note the samples. I will be posting videos of some of these on my
Instagram soon.
LILACQUESTER
Described as a blurple polish that has an amazing copper shimmer shift and holographic finish. I agree this is very blurple and changeable depending on lighting.
- press sample
- 3 coats with topcoat, super light vnl.
- easy to use formula, nice smooth consistency, buildable.
- removes easily other than a bit of shimmer spreading around.
- $12 usd

MYSTIC/PROTOTYPE 12
Described as a medium greyed denim with a touch of copper shimmer and a holographic finish. This pulled more toward grey than denim on me. Please ignore slight wear, I swatched this during the great time of no sunlight. I would paint my nails at night and run outside for the 2 minutes of sunlight within the next few days. Maybe I didn't allow it to dry fully between coats because this was the next morning after painting.
- 3 coats with topcoat. I actually swatched this twice, the first time with only 2 coats. nail line only appears on camera.
- user friendly formula, doesn't pool or pull, good dry time.
- easy to remove, no scrubbing.
- 8.75 euros

DOOMED DIVA
Described as a moody dark violet with a burning gold/red heart. This is stunning! I expected to find it dupey and possibly a litlle bit drab compared to unicorn pee polishes with a similiar base. Nosireee...I tell you do not underestimate Lacquester. This baby glows, some of my photos look like glamour shots and I assure you they are not, it's just that good.
DON'T BE SHY
A semi neon cool lilac colored nail polish with a copper shift. This is in fact semi neon and very beautiful. Surprisingly great formula as this is pastel-like.I did a quick comparison to other lilacs I own. Why am I so shiny in these??
- 3 coats with topcoat, vnl not noticeable in person
- awesome formula, especially for a pastel/neon. No shimmer ridges, dragging, drying too fast.
- there's some small bits of unmixed pigment.
- $12 usd, 7.75 euros

P.O.S
P.O.S.(Purple On Steroids) is a purple based color shifting nail polish. It shifts from red to gold, copper and green. Same story as Doomed Diva. This was a sleeper for me, I cant believe I've had it so long and haven't tried it. Jaw droppping gorgeous. No glamour shots.
- 3 coats with topcoat, again nail line not noticeable in person.
- smooth, self leveling formula.
- $12 usd, 8.75 euros
